In addition a 30 count Federal indictment returned by a federal grand jury on Thursday. U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz and state officials said they are thinking of the 260 people injured and the 3 dead when 2 bombs exploded at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

The Federal indictment could result in the death penalty for Tsarnaev. His brother was killed in a violent shootout with police after the brothers killed MIT security officer Sean Collier in his cruiser and tried to steal his gun. They led authorities on a manhunt which essentially put the city on lockdown for safety reasons.

The Tsarnaev brothers downloaded bombmaking from an online Al Qaida magazine. They gathered online material on Islamic Jihad and martydom. He scribbled anti-American messages inside the boat in which he was caught. They have family roots in the Chechnya and Dagestan regions of Russia. These have become major recruiting grounds for Islamic extremist, following several bloody wars with Russua.

The 30 count indictment includes the weapons of mass destruction charges he was originally charged with. Prosecutors added charges covering the slaying of the MIT securuty officer and the carjacking of a motorist in the get away attempt. They also had more pressure cooker bombs and IEDS which they intended to explode in New York City.

Again all the credit for catching these despicable human beings goes to the Boston OD, CIA, FBI and any other law enforcement involved. These were lone wolf domestic terrorist, which are much harder to detect than international terrorists which have lines of communication. This boy deserves to fry and most certainly will.
